AMBUSH'S RED CARPET

Whether your entertaining customers or just enjoying a trip with your friends, you can leave the shopping and cooking to us.

We eat well on the trips, hot meals for breakfast and dinner, sandwiches for lunch and lots of snacks (chips and cookies) on the boat. We will have assorted drinks, such as Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Dr. Pepper and of course bottled water. If there is anything specific that you would like just let us know. If you would like us to pick up adult beverages for the trip, please let us know in advance, you will be charged the exact amount plus a small delivery fee.

The following menu's are available and can be adjusted at the customers request.

24 Hour Trip Menu - $50 per person

Trip Leaves at 12 noon and Arrives at 12 noon the following day.

Dinner

• Option 1:  Grilled Rosemary Chicken, Rice, Dinner Rolls and Salad
• Option 2:  Grilled Ribeye Steaks, Twiced baked potatoe caserole, dinner rolls and salad

Breakfast

• Sausage and Egg Biscuits or Sausage, Egg and Cheese Burritos

Lunch

• Roast Beef, Turkey, Ham Sandwiches with Chips

30 Hour Trip Menu - $70 per person

Trip Leaves at 12 noon and Arrives at 6 PM the following day

Dinner 

• Option 1:  Grilled Rosemary Chicken, Rice, Dinner Rolls and Salad
• Option 2:  Grilled Ribeye Steaks, Twiced baked potatoe caserole, dinner rolls and salad

Breakfast

• Sausage and Egg Biscuits or Sausage, Egg and Cheese Burritos

Lunch

• Roast Beef, Turkey, Ham Sandwiches with Chips

Dinner

• BBQ Brisket, Ribs, and fixins 

48 Hour Trip Menu - $90 per person

Trip Leaves at 12 noon and Arrives at 12 noon two days later

Dinner  

• Option 1:  Grilled Rosemary Chicken, Rice, Dinner Rolls and Salad
• Option 2:  Grilled Ribeye Steaks, Twiced baked potatoe caserole, dinner rolls and salad

Breakfast

• Sausage and Egg Biscuits or Sausage, Egg and Cheese Burritos

Lunch

• Roast Beef, Turkey, Ham Sandwiches and Chips

Dinner

• Beef or Chicken Fajitas with fixings

Breakfast
